We LOVE local, and have created a few local Waterloo Region & surrounding area experiences to introduce you to some really great small businesses. The Waterloo Region is bursting with so many incredible food and drink makers, and we want to share them with you.

Our experiences are a great way to explore what's here in the Waterloo Region while spending a few hours with your small group of  friends, family or co-workers. Perfect for 4-9 people.

SUDS & SNACKS

A Local Waterloo Region Craft Beer Experience

Created for groups of 4-9 people. Runs for about 4 hours.

Participants will explore three local craft breweries to learn the story about how each got its start, find out what makes each different from the rest, all while enjoying a sample flight of three craft beers at each stop. Pairable snacks will be provided at two of three stops. 

The experience includes transportation from a location of your choice in the Waterloo Region, all tastings and snacks provided at stops, an engaging guide to ensure a great experience and bottled water and light snacks on-board the bus for whenever you need it.

Stops may include: Counterpoint Brewery, Block Three Brewery, TWB Brewery, Rural Roots Brewery, Descendants Brewery, Waterloo Brewery Taphouse, and more!

Foodie Drinkie

A Local Waterloo Region Food & Drink Experience

Created for groups of 4-9 people. Runs for about 4-4.5 hours

Participants will explore three local small businesses/makers to learn the story about how each got its start, learn about what they create and what sets them apart, followed by tasting some of what they create.  This experience will include three varied local food/drink stops that will provide tasting pairings such as a wine flight paired with tapas, a dessert to indulge in, a flight of craft beers with a snack pairing, or a flight of mini-cocktails paired with candy. 

The experience includes transportation from a location of your choice in the Waterloo Region, all tastings and snacks provided at stops, an engaging guide to ensure a great experience and bottled water and light snacks on-board the bus.

Stops will vary based on availability and season.

The Spirit of Cocktails

Local Distillery Tour

Created for groups of 4-9 people. Runs for about 6 hours

Participants will explore three local distilleries located primarily within the surrounding Guelph area to learn about each unique small batch distillery, and how they differ from commercial distilleries. The group will be introduced to a variety of spirits at each stop, learn about the story behind the distillery, and receive a production tour at one of three. Tastings will include a variety of spirits in raw and flavoured form such as gin, vodka, moonshine, rye & whisky. At two of three stops guests will enjoy a cocktail of their choosing, and lunch will be provided at a local small business. 

The experience includes transportation from a location of your choice in the Waterloo Region, all tastings, local lunch, an engaging guide to ensure a great experience, and bottled water and light snacks on-board the bus.

Stops may include: Dixon's Distillery, Spring Mill Distillery, Elora Distillery, Silver Fox Distillery, Murphy's Law Distillery. Lunch locations vary.
